We manufacture ecological homes using German technology.

The construction process does not involve the traditional materials of iron, concrete and bricks, etc., only wood and insulating materials. All the corresponding materials are compliant with the ISO 9002 quality assurance standard.

The technology caters for the construction of houses, hotels, industrial premises, etc. with one, two or three storeys and with unlimited floor space.

The project and the design are chosen by the customer.

The sandwich panel construction is in pine wood that has been treated with fungicides. The panels include the insulating material, electricity cables and water pipes in accordance with each project.

This type of home has a thermal insulation level that is the same as that of a traditional home built with 90 cm of brick, and a soundproofing level that is also similar.

Our constructions are five times lighter than the corresponding traditional buildings, which means that this building method is preferably used in areas subject to seismic activity, as well as a variety of terrains.

The dry-building system with ecological materials takes 60 days, which makes us leaders in the manufacture and sale of prefabricated homes in Europe.
